Our Corporation offers high quality work for construction of power facilities of any degree of complexity as well as strategically important facilities of industrial and public infrastructure in different geographic and climatic regions of Russia.
We strive for improvement of the quality of performed operations and conducting of open constructive dialogue with our customers.
The Management founded according to the European traditions and the complex personnel policy of our company allows the staff to carry out construction and installation operations with the help of the most recent electric engineering equipment, modern means of optic fiber communication and corresponding environmentally friendly materials and commission facilities at the global standards level.
The service, production and qualification of the personnel meet the high requirements of international level. The quality system of our company is certified on correspondence to the ISO 9000–2000 standards.

The personnel is the most important value of our company.
The developed innovative technology implemented today in personnel policy of our holding comprises such features as:
- personnel motivation, its training and retraining,
- assessment of work efficiency,
- adoption of competitive level of remuneration,
- provision of social benefits and guarantees for employees,
- teaching of the employees children who are left without parents, and number of other directions.
The positive tradition of mentoring is worth of special attention. Its aim is to help the young counterparts to integrate more successfully in our big collective and completely express their personal and professional potential. It concerns either the workers employed at linear sections or the engineers.
Our specialists are retrained at the Interindustry Institute of Qualification Improvement and Retraining of Managerial Staff and Specialists of the RAE named after G.V. Plekhanov.
The EFESk Corporation has constructed a multiple-dwelling residential building for its specialists in the Leningrad Region (Tosno), providing them with 72 apartments: 36 two-room apartments, 18 one-room apartments and 18 three-room apartments.

We actively develop charitable activities.
Charitable activities of the LLC “GC EFESk” are the company’s contribution to solution of social problems and expression of its socially responsible attitude. We support social, medical, educational and cultural institutions: children’s sports and arts collectives, non-governmental organizations of disabled persons, veterans of war and labour, provide assistance in construction of social cultural facilities, churches.
Recently the EFESk Corporation has participated in a number of major social projects, which is evidenced by the letters of gratitude received from different organizations (see the “Awards” section)
